HR
HR in construction is unusual because the workforce does not sit in one office — it is spread across sites, and a large share of it does not even work for your company. A general payroll system is not built for this: it does not know what it means for a person to be on one project today and another tomorrow.
The ATMOS HR module handles employee records, positions and permissions, and ties time and attendance tracking to projects. So you see not only how much someone worked, but on which job — which is what accurate project costing requires.
Leave and absence management, document expiry tracking and per-person system access round it out. Permissions are set per module and per operation: someone with view rights cannot modify, and not everyone can reach pay-sensitive data.
The HR module earns its place when labour cost has to be charged to projects. A general attendance system tells you how much someone worked; in construction the question is which job, because that drives project cost and ultimately margin. Add permission management: in a growing company, sooner or later you have to separate who sees pay-sensitive data — better solved at system level than on trust.
Employee data, positions, organisational units and document expiry dates in one register.
Attendance and hours tied to projects, so labour cost lands on the right job.
Requests, approvals, balances and absence records, with the matching notifications.
Permissions per module and per operation. Pay-sensitive data and financial reports are not everyone’s by default.
